ARMOR & GRACE

Self-Assessment

A quick, honest gut-check for women who carry a lot — especially the ones in high-stress professions.

This is an honest look at what your life actually feels like right now — the version underneath the one you give when someone asks how you're doing.

Ten questions. About two minutes. Every honest answer tells you something — this is about noticing where you're stretched thin, and where your energy actually needs to go.

What You'll Discover

This self-assessment will help you get honest about:

01 How easily you actually transition out of work mode when the shift ends

02 How the job is showing up in your relationships at home

03 What happens when you're stretched past your limit — and how often you're operating there

04 Whether you still have room for joy, rest, or things you do simply because you want to

05 Whether you feel connected to who you are outside of being dependable and capable

Think of it as a mirror — one honest look at where you're standing right now.

Who is this for?

The woman who handles anything at work but comes home depleted. Who's become everyone's go-to and misses who she was before that. Who feels pressure to stay composed all the time. Who's lost touch with hobbies, relationships, or parts of herself that used to feel like hers. Who wants to carry her work and life with more intention.

If that's you, you're exactly who this was built for.

― WHO'S BEHIND THIS

Meet Ryanne Stellingwerf, MS, LCPC

TRAUMA INFORMED COACH FOR FEMALE FIRST RESPONDERS

Ryanne Stellingwerf is a licensed psychotherapist and trauma-informed coach based in Montana, serving female first responders, military women, and veterans nationwide. She's the founder of Discover Solutions and the creator of Armor & Grace — a six-week skill-building program built exclusively for high-performing women in law enforcement, fire, EMS, dispatch, corrections, and the military who are still good at their jobs and quietly losing ground everywhere else.

Her work sits at the intersection of clinical depth and field experience. She completed most of her master's degree while working in Iraq and Afghanistan as a civilian military contractor — an experience that shaped both her understanding of what sustained high alert does to a person, and her conviction that women in high-stress roles deserve support built around strength and longevity, offered early, while they're still standing strong.

Ryanne specializes in conditioned vigilance — the trained, survival-based alertness that persists off-shift and wears down health, relationships, and quality of life. Through Armor & Grace, she teaches practical skills for shifting out of high-alert mode, recovering fully between shifts, and retraining old patterns — giving high-performing women more choice over which mode they're operating in.

Her approach is skills-based and practical. She works with women who are already functioning and want to function even better — the focus stays on building capability going forward.
